A walk in Santa Fe

The Plaza, Canyon Road and the Railyard are three separate walks, all adobe, all within a mile of each other. The oldest capital city in the United States, at the season when the chile is roasting and the light is the reason people move here.

On the map

FOG: Fog of War Walking Map starts with Santa Fe under fog and clears it only where you physically walk. In a town this size the downtown comes out of the dark in whole blocks in an afternoon, and it stays cleared. No start button, no workout to end: it runs with the app closed and the screen off, and it needs no signal.

Somewhere to eat afterwards is on the Santa Fe festival page.
